By accessing or using ArcusVision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ArcusVision is an AI-powered career strategy and discipline tracking platform designed to help engineers and international students build structured, executable career roadmaps. The Service includes features such as horizon mapping, task tracking, habit streaks, AI coaching, and community streams.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI systems
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by ArcusVision or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any career data, goals, or content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Horizon plan is free. The Arcus Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ArcusVision makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated career advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, migration, or career counselling advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcusVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
